A computer engineering student finish his nd and want to do Computer science for his HND can u advice is it ok

Well,as a Comp Engr graduate,I think it will be ok so long as he is determined bcos the only new thing might just be some programming,but at the end of everything,he will be glad he did it bcos he is going to have a big advantage than someone with only Comp Engr specialization.
