House pls i really do need your advice,i did my masters before coming to the job market, i have a masters in Electronics engineering and i have been turned down on three interviews (Zenith Bank- infact the HR woman made it clear to me, it was the masters thing) not that i dint defend myself well, am begining to fear the M.Eng on my CV is causing the harm..pls should i delete that? >:![]()

Bro, this is the same mistake guys with MSc from Britain, Canada and the US make everyday and complain that they can't get a job in Nigeria.
Organisations only want to hire candidates with experience cos that's what required to do the job not those with piles of certificates.
For entry level jobs in Nigeria, you don't need to include your MEng. EXCEPT it's stated in the advert that it will be an advantage.
For experienced positions, even a PhD+ 2yrs expereince will not do you any harm.
