Hello Fellow House Mates,
Even if you do not make first class or second class, you still have chance of making your CV professional by paying attention to those things that are thought to be nothing in your CV.
Between these email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected], which one resembles your own email address? Tell us the truth. While the former one is formal and professional, the the latter one is informal and unprofessional.
Your prospective employer, on seeing the latter email address, can end up your CV in his rejection list.
It may be comfortable to wear bathroom slippers, but to wear it to office work is totally inappropriate, if not irresposible. Sorry about my strong words, but I feel dismayed when I see such email add as ade4love@ aaaa.com or [email protected] on CV/resumes.
The rule is use simple, plain and serious username for your emailadd on yourCV. Better still make it posssible to linkit with your name. That is the standard in formal organisations. By the way, also make your name the document/file name for your CV/Resume
- be the best candidate for the job!
