key competencies are in the following areas.

---Manage property portfolio effectively to optimize cost by way of constant service analysis from landlords and service agents
---Manage relationship with both landlords and tenants alike
---Good experience in interpreting and analyzing (especially enforcing and recommending improvements where necessary) lease agreements, service ---charge budgets and expenditure, KPIs and SLA's for FM companies, service agents and other vendors alike.
---Plan and schedule maintenance and repairs of properties, fixtures, fittings etc in a timely and cost effective manner
---Analytical, creative, initiative, problem solving able to work with minimum supervision.
