Key Responsibilities • Drive the Company’s Human Resources Consulting
• Market for suitable clients
• Training and Development
• Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, selection and placement, performance management, employee relations, career development etc.
• Provide advice to Management and staff on interpretation and application of corporate policies to ensure equitable and consistent application.
• Maintain accurate database of all employees.
• Ensure strict adherence to staff policies and procedures.
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation and induction programmme to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Training and organizing training programmes to address employees’ and Clients’ competency gaps.
• Salary computation
Educational Qualifications • First degree with from a reputable university.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) will be an added advantage
• High level of integrity
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
Age/Work experience • Minimum age: 32years old with at least five (5) years post qualification experience in Human Resources Consulting.
• Very good with Pastel Payroll software, Microsoft packages at Intermediate levels e.g. Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook. Excellent user of the Internet.
• Creativity, interpersonal skills, good communication skills, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Skills Required • Technical proficiency in Human Capital Management.
• Must be trustworthy and appreciate the importance of keeping information confidential.
• Creativity, Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills teamwork, and analytical skills are necessary.
• Proactive, common sense and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and solid working knowledge of internal processes and controls.
• Demonstrable ability to self-direct, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple engagements
