With the tariff war getting very stiff, at last MTN has woken up from their deep slumber although they still have issues with other networks. Migrate to MTN talkon by sending 401 to 131. Calls are charged at 50 kobo per second for 1st minute and 25 kobo per second for the rest of the day. Applicable to only MTN to MTN calls. Calls to other networks are still at 58 kobo per second.
For me, Etisalat is still the best @ 25 kobo per second for calls to all networks with 20 Naira per day access fee. (just my own opinion). Glo infinito @ 25 kobo per second is only applicable to North west, south south and south east but the service is still shaky while Airtel charges 20 kobo for all networks with 1st minute charged at 60 kobo per second.
