hi pals,
quite a long time, i will send the neccesary information as i am just coming back from work. Naijahotjobs is my alabi and naijahotjobers are my family. Before you attend the interview or any interview generally, as yourself this 7 questions;

1. who are they?
2.what are they into?
3. what are they looking for?
4 who are mine?
5. what do i have to offer them and how did i intend to offer it to them?
6.is this what i want?
7. can i fit in?

As you already know, i took the test early last 2 years, we are over 5000 candidates. 82 past the test and 46 past the interview but only 25 pass from the training school.so 25 were chosen. i believe you can be one of them this time.

1st interview stage.
in my experience, the interview was conduct by 2 personnels; female HR manger and Male Sales manager

14.how long would you stay with the company? from HR manager
15. what would you consider an ideal work environment (adaptation)? from HR manager
16.what are your long-range career objectives? From HR manger

in terms of salary, the company pays more than many FMCG companies in Nigeria and there benefits are very good, besides it is a good place to start a career, especially in commercial department because you will grow fast and acquire the skills you need to face future challenges.

Gross pay:170,000
Net pay:135,000
