To all who said writin dis test is waste of time bcos workforce is conductin it,i want 2 say u're wrong. Winners don't quit & quitters don't win. If u giv up now, u av just proved ur cowardice. I've written so many test ever since i graduated 2 years ago,conducted by dif. consultants such as HRindex,GSE,Workforce, PCL,PeoplePrime e.t.c,some i passed but most i did not do wel enough. So wen i was invited 4 my last test, i said i wil not b goin cos i felt d test result is being manipulated 2 favor their candidates. However, a friend encouraged me 2 write d test which i did & 2 d glory God, i've done medicals wit d same multinational conglomerate dat invited me 4 d test scalin thru 5 selection stages. While goin thru dis, i wrote another test & also 2 d glory of God, i've done d final interview(last stage) wit d the company(UAC).
I'm sharin my story wit u guys 2 encourage u, if u've failed b4, it does nt mean u can't pass again. If u refuse 2 write d test,then ao do u know if u wil pass or fail. "Failures" ar beta dan those who neva try,at least they've conquered d fear of not tryin. They ar VICTORS. I'll sugest u shld prepare more dan u've done in d past. Remember "Some can stay for 3 - 4 days, few can stay for 3 - 4 months,but a winner wil stay as long as it takes 2 win", u ar not yet a failure until u stop 2 try. I also applied with a 2.1 and have not heard from them yet. I think they did random selection or what do u think?I'm ok with it anyways maybe God doesnt want me to experience failure from workforce anymore, cos in everything we must give praise to God. Pls dont be discouraged, lets move on. Just take it as the job isnt meant for u.cheers.1love.
