Most of the recruitment agencies do secure jobs for their clients,atleast here in PH but not all the clients are lucky.. I mean out of 5 they might only secure a job for just 3 candidates depending on course. But the problem wt most of the jobs is that the pay is always small,say 50k down. A friend got such offer but rejected it cos the salary was 40k. The fee the agencies collect is for running cost,there are others that'll even enter into agreement wt you to pay them 50% of your first salary! So it depends,nobody forces anybody to pay money if you do then hold yourself responsible. But asking one to pay money for aptitude test is outright fraud
I think this is a lesson for others to learn from. That serves them right

People please open your eyes and think hard before falling for these useless scams. How can you be so desperate that you'll pay someone to hire you? It is because they see your desperation, that is why they'll make you an offer you cant seem to refuse. Why not ask them to hire you first then collect their money from your pay. Real recruitment agencies do that. The company pays them, they take their pre-established percent and give you the rest.
Don't be too desperate, work will come, keep believing and don't give up. I've waited 9 months to get a job and God has been good. I start in July. It is not that i sat and waited for someone to hand it to me. I started my own business so as to make money, contacts while ensuring i leave the house everyday. It was in the process of wakawaka that God guided my footsteps to the right person who sent me a text to apply for a job.
I sent in my CV not even expecting a call and lo and behold i was called to interview. Real correct interview oh! I was even given envelope containing 1500 as thank you for coming. I never go that kind interview for my life and the company gave to everyone who came for the interview too. So instead of collecting from me, they gave me.Dont loose hope, God will do it in His time.
