I GOT A MAIL INVITING ME FOR A TEST ON 24TH AND I AM NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO LAGOS. IS IT WORTHWHILE?
THE MAIL READS THUS;

INVITATION TO A TEST
This is to inform you that you’ve been short-listed for a Phillips Consulting Test being organised on behalf of our client, Mobil Oil Nigeria Ltd.
The details are as follows:
Venue: Mobil Oil Nigeria
Mobil Road, Apapa
Lagos.
Date: Saturday 24th January, 2009
Time: 9.00am
Please come along with an updated (and stapled) copy of your CV and a form of identification i.e. driver’s license1, or national ID card, as admittance to the venue would be denied without it. Candidates are to arrive at least one (1) hour before the stipulated time for accreditation.
Also note that travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

I think the first thing you should ask yourself is if you applied for any job through them?
Phillips consulting does exist and very authentic. If you did not apply through them for any job, and you are being invited, I suspect some scammers are at work and trying to front with Phillips consulting.
Try contacting them at [email protected] for proper confirmation of the invitation.

I also got the mail. I applied like 8 months ago. Dont know if i am still interested as i have a job and it is Mobil Oil not Mobil Producing so they dont pay as well.
I think it is real because they are holding the test at Mobil Oil's Office and the documents being asked for is similiar to the ones that EPNL asked for.
I think its worth the risk.
