I NEED HELP
Pls cn someone hlp, MTN re charging me 4 service nt render. 4 d pst 2wks now wn ever I rchge my acct d nxt tin 2 c after some hours is my acct balance remain 0.00. I try 2 call them bt dey continue telling m dt I snd a msg, acctually I used 2 c failure notice of msg nt delivered wch I dnt snd at all. Bt my question 2 dem is y re dey charging 4 a service nt rendered.

MTN can sometimes be frustrating, they also deducted callertunez subscription money from me even when i didn't subscribe for the callertune.
Try sending a message to their customer care [email protected]
Or you can go to their nearest branch centre, but the protocols in the ones i've visited is quite stressful, usually they have many visitors. Calling their online representative is simply a waste of time.
