    I DON'T AV SOUND SLEEP, Pls HELP!

    I DON'T AV SOUND SLEEP

    most of the time i wake up early like 2:00am or
    sometimes 3:00am, so that is d end wil be the end for d day.
    this av bn happening for a very long time and i am wrry.
    What could av cause it. Though when i was school i read midnight
    so i attribute the causes to this but nw am out of school and it
    continues.

    Please what can i do to stop this illiness

    I would have ask if u go to bed very early as in around 6-7pm....but since its bcos of how u have trained ur body system for long dont worry with time u will get ur sleep back.and pls dont bcos of this u resort to going to bed late ...pls dont cos i believe all u need its time and things will be alright ok.

    Kadr Y don&#39;t u try going 2 bed like 11pm 0r 12 am that is after takin a shower, with that i believe u&#39;ll sleep well.

    MR KADR HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR DAY?

    LACK OF SLEEP IS VERY SERIOUS.

    RECENTLY I OVERWORK MY SELF AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I AM SO TIRED, THE RESULT IS THAT I&#39;VE STARTED SNOORING AND THIS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IS UNACCEPTABLE SO I DECIDED TO MAKE SUER THAT I GIVE MYSELF A BREAK DURING THE DAY ( I TAKE ONE HOUR OFF).

    SUMMARY, CHECK YOUR DAY, ARE YOU CONSTANTLY UNDER STRESS?, DO YOU WORRY A LOT? OR ARE YOU BEING ABUSED?? IN ANY FORM OR ARE YOU SIMPLY JUST IDLE?

    THESE COULD GIVE ONE SLEEPLESS NIGHT

    REMEMBER LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO SPEND BEING MISRABLE OR IN SICKNESS. SO BREAK FREE EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A JOB NOW GO TO CHURCH/MOSQUE GIVE YOUR TIME TO GOD WHATEVER JUST GET BUSY.

    EAT AT THE RIGHT TIME BEING HUNGRY CAN MAKE ONE HAVE SLEEPLESS NIGHT AT TIMES. JUST BE HAPPY.

    GOD BLESS YOU BIG TIME AND GIVE YOU SOUND AND PEACEFUL NIGHT REST AND MAY YOU ALWAYS WAKE UP RENEWED AND REFRESHED DAY BY DAY IN JESUS NAME. AMEN

    HELLO KADR,
    I READ YOUR POST ABOUT NOT HAVING A SOUND SLEEP AND I FELT CONCERNED FOR YOU BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE AND I KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING THAT COULD BE.
    DO YOU WORRY A LOT ABOUT ISSUES THAT AFFECT YOU? IT COULD BE ONE REASON WHY YOU CAN&#39;T SLEEP WELL. IT COULD ALSO BE AS A RESULT OF TOO MUCH STRESS AND LEST I FORGET YOUR HABITS. BY THIS I MEAN WHETHER YOU ARE THE COFFEE OR TEA TYPE AT EVENING OR NIGHT TIME, THIS COULD ALSO KEEP YOU AWAKE. IF YOU ARE THAT KIND OF PERSON YOU WOULD DO YOURSELF SOME GOOD BY WORRYING LESS AND BY RESTRICTING YOURSELF I.E IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE BEVERAGES AT NIGHT, TO HERBAL TEAS SUCH AS CAMOMILE, FRUIT JUICES OR MILK.
    LASTLY, I WOULD ADVISE YOU SEE A DOCTOR BECAUSE HE IS IN THE BEST POSITION TO DIAGNOSE AND HELP YOU.
