Dont talk negativel about people behind their back.
if u gossip, people wont confide in u. Mind ur own business. Try to work for someone who'll challenge ur powers u 'll learn more in a yr than 4yrs of college.

Successful bosses have good communication skills. they learn from people including their employees. Work in such a way that makes u look good. its not flattery.
On downsizing, the first to go are those with few friends. Bosses prefer competent people whom they respect.
Dress for the job u want , not the one u have. Let ur dress reflect professionalism. Workout to get in good physical shape. Unless exceptionally skilled, the unhealthy are at a comparative disadvantage.
Personal intergrity is curcial. Tell nothing but the truth. Bosses can forgive mistakes but if u lie, ur gone. Be on time , try to arrive few minutes early cos it saves u from stress u 'll be much relaxed and work better
strive ur best to keep a deadline, if u cannot meet it , then appologize and also ask for an extension. Dont take things personally. If some poeple are unhappy with u ,its their problem. But always strive to give ur best. If u must correct someone , dont get personal about it.

Spend some time alone everyday. What is the mission of my life? what do i want to be? and how to go about it.
As u move along plan A of ur career, maintain a plan B as well....an alternative course to rely.
Always remember that the secret of succes is Passion. Always think big, spread love and joy. U will have blissful yrs ahead.
