I think what they mean is your transcript (duly certified) from your former school. It should be sent directly to them by your former school(Uni/Poly)
Please house, I want to send my documents for an MSc application abroad and am supposed to send certified documents. please what are certified documents and who do I meet to certify my documents? I am currently resident in kaduna. thanks for your prompt reply

No One Will Know You Are Honest Unless You Give Out Samples!
take ur original and photocopy of ur credentials to court/public notary nearby.the orignal and photocopy will be examined and made sure is the same.the photocopied will be stamped/certified indicating is a true copy of the original. then send the photocopy to the school for processing .thats all.

Take the originals and photocopies to court or public notary such as law firms that do it,tell them you want to certify your documents.
