why is it so difficult to get a GSE ID?

a message will come and tell u to check ur mail for the ID, but if u check ur mail including scam u wldn't find anything there. since they are not collecting money again, they tend to stop registering people, maybe. what UNION BANK shld do is to allow all to register with them directly so that they wld conduct the test, as usual and those who may be luk will join them while others will try again. thanks
