Topic: ESSAY WRITING TEST

Hi guys, I wrote the recently concluded PZ graduate trainee aptitude test which I passed. But the problem is that I have been invited for another test (May be as the 2nd phase of the recruitment process) named ESSAY WRITTING TEST which I know nothing about. Please any advice(s), Idea(s) and Sample quetion(s) about the test would be very much appreciated.
