Got d same mail bt mine is not Abia state bt Imo state and it was schedule to be 23rd for accreditation and 24th for d test and submittion of Acceptance letter and a frnd of mine also got d same msg bt diff. state and date.My guy u shd b able to deduce frm d message dt its a scam nt real,so BEWARE!I knw it was a SCAM immediately i saw d msg.SO DNT FALL A VICTIM,WISE UP!!!!!Biddieluv.
