Diamond Bank Plc has in the last two months embarked on a nation wide recruitment of fresh graduates. the exercise which has soo far taken place in three locations- Abuja, Lagos and Owerri brought into the bank's fold well over 300 fresh graduates, the bank said. Disclosing this, the head coperate communications, DB, Mr Charles Udoh stated that the exercise was part of the bank's strategy of deepening its talent pool and also contribute meaningfully in the reduction of unemployment level in the country
"Yes we conducted aptitude tests for the shortlisted candidates in three locations- Abuja, Lagos and Owerri after which over 300 were successful. by doing this, we simply want to add value to the quality of their life and make their career dreams a reality
Equally, this forms part of our intervention mechanism in reducing the frightening rate of unemployment among the youth in the country. And as service provider, we can only fullfil our business strategic initiatives with a highly skilled and dedicated man power that is willing to go the xtra mile in providing quality service to our customers" he stated
Can anybody tell me what they are talking,here am I and so many others waiting on them for the past 8months after medicals and they come out with this...Any Truth in this?

There's absolutely no truth in what they've just said. They are only trying to be silly and to deceive Nigerians that they are not affected by the economic melt down
.I have an uncle that is the manager of one of their branches and he told me it aint true.
thot as much it might be a gimmick on the part of the bank,but that is realy desperate
it may or may not be true!.........however lets not forget that sometimes many are called but only few choosen!

I doubt the story very much. I have a friend who works in the bank and he has consistently told me they are not hiring.
