no one ever said anything abt the chams test format. wat is their test format house

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
Do worry about test format, just prepare, go if you must. Those that life in Lag should go cos your time might be this. Outside think twice if you got the txt no mail common sense tells you that you should be properly invited to come, since it requires computer based test , hence it call for unique Id login-in for the Ap test. as a computer graduate from BIU, did small research they are big IT coy so why on earth can they sent the mail?
well it is true, you must be ready to work and work and work, they are like interswitch but not a threat to them yet from insource but future can make CHAMS beat interswitch hand down. The is 2.5M to 3Million per year.
Yes Ade spoke fact, have a cos that was there but paid 40k for a start but 6month later he was been paid 200k or more so in summary. It is good It coy but with side effect which company does not have side effect it only depend on how you look at it. Follow your heart. If you got txt but no mail just wait to get expect if you want to be well dressed and start running up and down cos you wanted to be among those that wrote. Remind that a txt on phone is not 100% proof it is your cos i can lend you my to prove to be you. CHAMS knows this. SO relax and wait to get the mail people got their why not you, maybe you should accept the fact it is divine so follow suit not quick to act and reget when you do follow or start treated like a nobody cos you want job in CHAMS you got you!!!
Well just woke up, check my inbox still nothing, be WISE

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
I got d txt dis morning, & d mail as well. They need one recent passport, a print out of ur mail. In the mail there's ur applicant number, maybe u'll login wit it. Then an ID-CARD, for verification. I think Ade shld be celebrated, bcos, thou d truth is bitter, we must say it. Im stil doing my NYSC in Ondo state, thou it's a stone throw frm Lagos, i can't go. This is choice. As a graduate pls make a good choice. Make urs & goodluck

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
HEY HOUSE, I GOT AN INFO FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE WHICH SAYS DAT THE COY PAYS A MINIMUM OF 90K, i.e SOMETHING MORE THAN THAT MIGHT COME ON STAGE AFTER A WHILE. IF YOU ARE CALLED FOR THE TEST AND YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED, PLS ENDEAVOUR TO GO. AT LEAST GET THEIR FIRST.
WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST. :D

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
Sincerely, the case of Chams is just a case in point about the way employers treat jobseekers in the country. My problem with these people is that most often than not, they are aware they would not be able to handle the response from the jobseekers yet because of publicity and the need to be seen to be doing something to "alleviate poverty in Nigeria", they will go on the pages of newspapers and other media outlets to anounce their 'SPECIAL PACKAGE"
And for those guys condemming the expose by Ade, I guess you guys are just too tied to the hope you think CHAMS offers to listen to reason. If u know a company is seeking to recruit maybe 30 people, chances are are that 27,000 out of the 30,000 who applied are praying and hopeful of being picked. So tell me where God's choice would be.
I have a cousin who works with Chams but after failing to attend their the first six stages of their intervies.
While i dont know Chams' choice of selecting, (obviously not long leg 'cos he did not know anybody there), it confirms to me that their selection process is not above board.
So guys think well. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!`

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
well, i am right inside Chams City, Abuja Office pf Chams Plc, the test was scheduled for 7:30 am and up till this time 2:08pm, we are still waiting for questions from their LAGOS OFFICE. We are all hungry and yet everybody is afraid of going out bcos the questions might come after you've left. We need to pray hard bcos i am foreseeing a future period when jobless Nigerian youths will assemble somewhere and stage a revolution. This is frustrating my people. Imagine some people who came from far places, feeding expenses, accommodation expenses and above all transportation expenses. Ade only expressed his view and should not be crucified for that. I will wait even if it is till mid-night to write the test. When the going get tough, only the tough people get going. It is a small world afterall.

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exerci
I WAS SENT A TEXT TO WRITE THE CHAMS TEST IN ABUJA AND ALSO AN EMAIL. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT BOTH THE TEXT AND EMAIL CONTRADICTED EACH OTHER. ONE SAID TIME OF TEST WAS 7.30 AM THE OTHER ONE SAID 5PM. THE SECOND ISSUE WAS THE VENUE DESCRIPTION, I USED ALMOST 2 HRS THE DAY BEFORE THE TEST IN LOCATING THE VENUE. I DECIDED TO GO BY 7.30 AM AND VERIFY. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD TO DO THE 7.30 TEST. THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY TILL WHEN IT WAS TIME 4 THE TEST.WE WERE DELAYED FOR 7 HRS! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT. SOME OF THE USHERS SAID THE HR MANAGER HAD NOT BOARDED HER PLANE YET. OTHER SAID THAT THE QUESTIONS WERE FORGOTTEN IN LAGOS AND THEY WERE TRYING TO RETRIEVE IT FROM LAGOS. TO CUT THE LONG STORY SHORT YOU NEEDED TO HAVE SEEN THE POPULATION OF UNEMPLOYED NIGERIAN GRADUATES THAT CAME FOR THE TEST. THE SIGHT WAS SO HEARTRENDING. IT JUST MADE ME TO COME TO A CONCLUSION THAT ONLY GOD CAN SAVE THE UNEMPLOYMENT SITUATION IN THIS COUNTRY. :o

Re: chams recruitment is not worth it- a frustrating 7 stages recruitment exercise
Well we have been there (chams) in Ikeja and seen 4 ourselves. The chams pple actually fumbled the day my test held. We spent from morning to night to do the test. The same repeated itself with the dragnet test they just hosted, that was eventually cancelled. However I commend their vision and facility, if well managed the atmosphere they create is awesome and conducive. I must also commend their customer care pple. Infact some of these pple were so good and dexterous at handling the crisis situations that even agitated candidates could not help commending a friendly and efficient customer service no matter what. Well I have been for my interview after the chams test and I must say I am worried by the reports of paddy paddy I hear about the organization. Reports r that its a family thing where uncles, aunties, cousins etc have a field day. Infact one person said their mgt meetings r like home comings & family re union. That d chairman puts whom he wishes. Well its left for us to see if this whole exercise they put us through is america wonder. Pray folks...

Guy, I beleive you now.. Did the 3rd stage of interview yesterday and apparently they are no where near conclusion. What exactly is it with this guys??? They should just select who they want and stop wasting ones time. I really hope I get something soon and stop bothering myself about them.
