Dear Friend,I hope you are sure that the mail from CBN says you are invited for the test.If It's not opening try the following:
1) Use Anoda Cafe or cafes to be sure your regular cafe isn't the problem.
2) If the problem persists send a mail to the human res.Dept quickly explaining ur predicament.
3) If need be visit the CBN office close to you and TALK TO PEOPLE THAT MATTER! so that you don't miss a golden oppurtunity.

Try and use a computer system that has ADOBE software installed in in it, cos the extension of the file is .pdf which is an extension for an ADOBE software.
