Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet corporate and individual customers to promote business during field visit as well as reception
  • Prepare proforma invoice for customers
  • To take active part in sales promotional activities, campaign, exhibition, road show etc.
  • Follow up with customers from vehicle demonstration till delivery, then after delivery, post sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Have thorough knowledge about vehicle futures, make customer understand the same before booking vehicle
  • Listen patiently to customer complaints I suggestions, Inform higher-ups for resolution J consideration.
  • Maintain customer database, update on regular basis
  • Having good knowledge about delivery process of vehicle.
  • Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning.
  • Field visit to customer place as per planning along with sales presentations and follow up with proper reports and submission of daily report to reporting manager.
  • Collect reference from customers for future booking.
  • Update knowledge about vehicle models, sales trend and other environments.
  • Suggest if any improvements to be made in work environment which will suit to customer's need and improve business.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of car financing, to advise customers on loans or prepare financial documents for customers to sign.
  • Take accountability for the best contribution of overall growth of sales through field and showroom sales performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of demonstrable strategic marketing and/or sales leadership role in manufacturing companies. related field.
  • Proficient at Micro Office products.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong initiative and accountability required.
  • Possesses excellent organization, decision making, analytical,and problem solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrates strong drive for results customer focus, and commitment to quality and timely output.

Ability to work independently.
