ANY INFO ON OCEANIC PH TEST HELD IN MARCH?

Authoritatively, i can tell you that invitations have been out for the second stage test holding today @ Trans Amadi branch of the bank.
A friend who wrote the 1st test there in March cald me to confirm the format of the test. She had to travel from Jos to PH for this test. That was how i knew about this.
