According to Troyka's publication, candidates should be fresh graduates with a B.Sc 2nd class degree or its HND equivalent and must not be more than 26 years old. Candidates must also understand values like truth, honour and loyalty.



GOALS & OBJECTIVES

To give multi-disciplinary conceptual and theoretical training and hands-on experience
To equip them with practical knowledge, aptitude, skills, commitment and attitudes to be able to deliver satisfactorily to clients
To produce cross-functional competence among trainees
To develop broad practical managerial approach to doing things

For 12 months successful candidates will undergo intensive training in marketing communications. According to Troyka, "Troyka Management Traineeship Program (which started off as Insight Management Traineeship Programme) was set up in 1990 with the aim of consistently attracting, motivating and retaining brains among young and malleable graduates in order to develop them into future marketing communications and business professionals.


The motto for the Troyka Management Traineeship Program is “Knowledge, Opportunities, Experience”. The TMTP runs for a period of 53 weeks during which trainees will be exposed to every aspect of the marketing communications business; from sales, marketing, brand management, strategic planning, research, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, to outdoor and new media.
