The ideal candidate is expected to market the company's products, provide support to the state coordinator and ensure that both the short term and long term goals are achieved. He/she will also ensure strong portfolio growth, client service, good employer moral and branch profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- least OND in Marketing and other related filed of study
- Candidate must have at least 2years experience in the sales of goods and services.
- Must be target driven, result oriented initiative and energy to develop market and exploit opportunities.
- High negotiating skills and a self starter with ability to work with little or no supervision
- Must have a sound knowledge of the region to harness business opportunities.
- Strong coaching and people development skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the marketing and sales strategies and plans are consistent with the organization?s long-range strategic objectives.
- Achieve marketing and revenue goals.
- Administer the design development and implementation if strategic and recommend product positioning and pricing.
- Identify new product and market opportunities and utilize research to determine feasibility.
- Define the marketing vision and manage the day-to-day execution of tactical activities to meet goal.
- Oversee the development of advertising campaign.
- Develop and implement branding strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company?s growth strategies and vision.
- Work with the state coordinator to review and design how the company's products and services will grow in the state
