i think employers should have a rethink over the 2.1/22 thing.someone with 3.48 gpa is as good as someone with with 3.50 gpa
let aptitude test decide for empolyers instead calling people dullards before meeting them.unfavorable circumstances can make a good student to drop .......

a lot of intending employers have limited budget to conduct test,that why they set stringent condition to reduce the number of applicant to reduce the cost of the test.that why you may notice some bigger organisation have less stringent conditions.
