Great Hot Jobbers, my application just went thru with firefox about now 2.40pm and it is still going till this very moment as i speak with you...before now, i had tried several combinations for several days(using ideas from previous posts, contributions and access tips to total site) all to no success......i believe using a faster internet cafe with higher backbone internet connectivity/Higher bandwith, the total site opens with jet speed....its doesnt really mean that the browsers we are using(firefox, opera.internet explorer or google chrome) are not good enough...lets just say if it goes for u...u r just being lucky cos at that very moment u applied, the overall traffic on the site was low.....What else could possibly explain the randomness in accessing the total career page? i believe that at different time intervals, the site becomes accessible with a flash....I'm pretty sure that total HR will be so delighted with the diffculty associated with the site...To them (total)...it wld reduce the number of applicants they wld have to deal with....while to us (applicants), we are just sufferring at their mercy and their inability to do the right thing
I believe you are right. It depends on the broadband speed.
I use a very fast broadband and it was so easy.

@caledonian, am still having difficulty in accessing the page. have been on it since morning.
@wulo-this career site has been opening smoothly for me for the past 5hrs with jet speed without any hitches. I'd advice u change cafe to a more faster one and try with firefox if available cos thats wat i have been using here
@biggerboyce, am using starcomms IZAP. can u kindly help me with just the registration. if i go tru proxy, thats the point i get stuck, i beleive if i can get register, than i can continue from there. pls send me ur email if u can help out
Wulo, I also use Starcomms Izap, I believe it is a matter of chance.....Just keep trying. I used a different browser though Opera Version 10.56. You can also try Mozilla Firefox......Just keep trying, you'll get through eventually. I assume since this is a weekend, the online traffick will be slower and you will eventually get thru.....Best wishes
