What's happening to nhj? Losing its value, pride & position... Who'll rescue her?

Lately I just can't find my way around NHJ.
    Please were are the moderators?
    What's happening to this site?

    Unverified and indiscriminate postings everywhere!
This site has provided jobs, assistance, career, etc to countless people including me, as such has been tagged as VERY IMPORTANT by many who have gone ahead to refer other job seekers to the site.
However, the present state of the site is nothing compared to what it was in the past, it's now a COMPLETE MESS!!!
Have all the moderators abandoned the site? Can we please have new moderators to moderate the affairs of this great site? Pls "BRING BACK OUR NHJ".

Spam posts all over, posts that even a newbie will detect as spam are allowed on this site to take the front pages.

Pls the site is divided into sections (forums), and threads should be posted in relation to forum. You can't be posting a marketing or accounting job post on the engineering forum let alone bringing your online referral crap on a forum with serious ongoing business.
No matter how important the post is to the engineering folks, it should be posted on the relevant forum rather than anywhere and everywhere.
Schools, scholarships, admissions, etc should be directed to the EDUCATION forum please. We need direction here.
More annoying is the fact that someone will make a post about an online business on a thread that was for an ongoing engineering recruitment, and such a post will be allowed to go a day without being deleted even when fellow forumites blacklist the post.
Is NHJ now a site for spammers and scammers? Are people here to gain or to loss?

We really need help, we need rescuers, we need to RESTORE NHJ to its original state.
Committed and competent contributors and forumites have left NHJ for other Job sites, and the exit door from NHJ is flooded while the entrance is scanty.

ADMIN & MOEDRATORS & SENIOR MEMBERS PLEASE HELP!!!
    Kind Regards,
    Specta Kaydi.

This has been on for a very long time and the moderators are nowhere to be found.

The Site Administrators have abandoned the once glorious NHJ.

    Too bad!
Anyway, guess we misunderstood things. The way most of us have gotten great jobs from this site, so have the originators of the site. Thus, they must be finding it hard to combine their jobs with moderating this site. And the people they trusted the site to, who are now called ADMIN or Moderators have failed in their duties and have let the site take a deep dive towards extinction.
    Kind Regards,
    Specta Kaydi.
