Qualification
: Bachelor of Science (Minimum of second class upper) / HND (Minimum upper credit) in Mechanical OR Production Engineering from a reputable institution.

Skills and Special Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good use of MS office packages like MS word, Power point, Excel, Access etc.


Job Description: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • · Participate in training programs that involves pneumatics, hydraulic, practical diesel engine maintenance, mechanical drives system, R&A, HVAC, Pumps and Compressors e.t.c with a view to facilitate them.
  • Develop training manuals and presentation for electro mechanical courses
  • Coordinate practical workshop tasks and collate data used during the practical session
  • Assist other external facilitators to manage training session
  • Ensure that external facilitators try to meet recommended standard
  • Determine materials, tools and consumables needed for new training programs on electro mechanical courses
  • Develop activities for practical session during training
  • Research on modern area in electromechanical engineering and periodic possible solutions to achieve company goals
  • Administers written and practical assessment and write performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance.
  • · Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrates information into training program.
  • May repair electromechanical equipment within and outside facility.


Typical Duties:

Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and/or modification of the following:
  • Good knowledge of mechanical tools identification and uses
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance
  • Flair for impacting knowledge
  • Good knowledge for engineering research tools
  • Ability to develop training programmers’ curriculum and course contents
  • Good knowledge of basic mechanical science.


Experience: Minimum of 2 years post NYSC and should be within the age range of 25-35 years.
