JOB DESCRIPTION
Reportingdirectly to the General Manager, Operations the senior architect is technicallyresponsible for architectural designs, their correctness and on-time delivery.The position requires thorough knowledge of (international) architecturaldesign techniques.
The mainmission of the position is to perform and supervise architectural designs andto control layout and shop drawings while performing the role of projectmanager from time to time.


RESPONSIBILITIES
The mainresponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to thefollowing:
* Architecturalplans, design and layout.
*Architectural calculations and project specifications.
*Layout and shop drawings.
*Supervision of a team of architects and their works
*Drawing up cost estimates for the architectural portion of projects.
* ProjectManagement
QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE
* Must hold a bachelor or higher degree inarchitecture or in a discipline related to it.
* Has 10 years of experience in architecture or design works and is familiarwith international industry standards.
* Is a self-starter with creativity and an aptitude to problem solving, canwork independently and as a friendly leader in a team and demonstratesexcellent professionalism.
* Vast experience with high risebuildings.
* Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
*Is preferably registered as architect with ARCON.
*Proven experience with AutoCAD and other common software in architecturaldesign.
