Job Title: PAto CEO
Main areas ofResponsibility:
- Represent the CEO at inter-departmentalmeetings and certain external events.
-Manages the CEO’s daily itinerary and diary.
-Take minutes for HODs meetings.
-Draft, type and dispatch all the CEO’s correspondence

- Maintains an effective document andfiling Management system for the CEO’s office.
-Schedules and co-ordinates important meetings/events.
-Maintaining all press material and databases

- Processes incoming and outgoingmail.
-Undertake any other duties as requested by the CEO
-Helping to create and implement marketing strategies to enhance the companybrand.
-Assisting in creating and maintaining programming content.

Skills:
-Good knowledge of Electronic Media
-Good understanding of budgets and finances

-Ideallyeducated to degree level (A’ level education considered)
-Excellentwritten and spoken English
-Aminimum of four years PA experience at an appropriate level
-Goodcomputer literacy, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint).Knowledge of graphics useful
-Excellentorganisational skills
-Provenability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Abilityto work well as part of a diverse team
