Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions in an Oil and Gas company.
1. SENIOR PERSONAL OFFICER
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: First degree or Master degree in business Administration, Industrial relations or any relevant academic qualification.
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE: A minimum of 10 years cognate experience in personal organization personal job in an oil company or a well established company of similar organizational standard.
C. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: A certificate of professional qualification from charted institute of personal management. (CIPM)
proof of professional courses taken in course of your personal practice
2. SENIOR ADMIN. OFFICER:
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Graduate or post graduate degree in business management, industrial relations or any relevant academic qualifications.
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE: A minimum of 10 years cognate experience in administration job in an oil and gas company or well established company of over 1,000 work force, or recognized company of similar organizational standard.
Proof of professional qualification and professional courses taken in course of your work will be an added advantage.
3. SENIOR PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER:
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: First or second degree in mass communications, journalism or the Humanities
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE: A minimum of 10 years experience in a recognized and established organization in that capacity.
Proof of professional practice is essential and presentable image/personality profile is of advantage.
4. SENIOR INSURANCE OFFICER
A: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: bachelor’s degree in insurance management or equivalent academic qualification relevant to insurance job.
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE: minimum of 10 years working experience in an established well organized insurance company. Certificate of professional practice will be of advantage. Any other Evidence of professional practice in insurance could be an added advantage.
5. INTERNAL AUDITOR
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: First degree or HND in business administration, Accounting or finance from a recognized University plus professional Qualification; ACCA, ICAN, or ANAN or their equivalent.
B. WORK EPERIENCE: At least 10 years post qualification experience in internal audit function in a multi-national company or manufacturing outfit or an audit firm. Must have sound knowledge in business accounting control practice/process with computer background.
6. SENIOR PROJECT ACCOUNTANT:
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: A university Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or its equivalents, with a minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in a well established, recognized company or organization. Members of professional Association such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ANAN. Also with Knowledge of computer based accounting packages and experience in project funding will be an added advantage.
7. SENIOR BUDGET OFFICER
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: A degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or any relevant academic qualification.
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE: CANDIDATES must have a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in budgeting functions. Must have sound knowledge in business accounting control process with computer background.
Must have sound Knowledge and experience in:
i. Preparation of annual budget
ii. Preparation of man power estimates
iii. Monitoring of budget implementation and review
IV. Liaising with the departments of the company of budgetary actual and variances
8. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: First or second degree in procurement management, preferably with engineering background or any course related to the function or procurement job in an established firm.
B. WORK EXPIRIENCE. Minimum of 8 years in that capacity (in procurement job) in recognized well established firm or organization.
