AETI Power Systems & Controls Ltd is an Indigenous Engineering Consulting Company, We are currently recruiting this position for one of our respective client in the manufacturing industry.

Role summary:
Responsible for planning, Material management, safety and quality control at the Independent Power Plant (IPP)

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):
• Manages and supervises electricians at the IPP site
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Provide on-site direction to workers in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines such as quality, standards, time requirements and budget considerations
• Responsible for training employees and overseeing apprenticeship
• Respond and provide technical assistance to electrical equipment problems within the company - owned facilities
• Improve plant/equipment reliability through historical trending and improved maintenance procedures.

Qualification, Experience & Industry Exposure
Qualification:
Minimum Professional Qualification: OND Electrical Engineering/Trade Test 1, 2 & 3/NABTEB
Desired Professional Qualification: Bsc/HND Electrical Engineering/Electrical Electronics

Experience & Industry Exposure:
Total Experience: 15- 20 years
Relevant Experience: 10-15 years
