Duties and Responsibilities
Approve supplier selection through robust qualification processes
Assure supplier compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process.
Ensure all quality control processes and standards, inspection policies and procedures are in place at production facilities.
Manage testing activities and report testing issues to Manager
Routine inspection reports to Manager
Plans and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products
Devises sampling procedures and programs and develops form and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
Develops and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and make immediate corrective action as required.
A male, age between 25-35years
A minimum of 2 years working experience
