HEAD, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL

JOB DESCRIPTION
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and managing the overall performance of the Commercial team (Aviation, Marine & Bulk products inclusive) he will be responsible for provision of policy direction for the sales force towards the attainment of the company’s corporate objectives through the development of marketing and sales vision & mission.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Increase in profitability

Decrease in operations cost

QUALIFICATIONS
A good university degree (preferably with a Masters)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Oil and Gas industry (Marketing/Sales function in the oil & gas industry will be an added advantage)

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing strategies for the achievement of the departmental targets.
Develop strategies, structures and equipment for the Commercial team to improve sales.

Ensure the attainment and compliance to the company’s corporate Credit strategy.
Ensure adherence to Commercial business sales philosophy.
Co-ordinate Marine business and bunkering activities to ensure profitability
