Title: Engineering Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will direct, plan, Develop and coordinate engineering operations and support business development activities.

  • He/She will Coordinate projects, communicate with all the relevant people/ dpts and ensures all relevant inputs are implemented for timely delivery of targets.
  • Prepare budgets, bids, proposals, manage technical teams and liaise with management, QC, BD Unit for projects.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the department.
  • Monitor and measure team progress against annual plan and recommend changes.
  • Make detailed plans to accomplish goals, perform administrative functions such as material sourcing, team management reviewing and writing monthly reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and taking decisions.


Required Qualification


  • B.Eng or HND in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years working expedence in related industry.
  • Professional Membership is an added advantage (e.g. NSE, COREN)
