1. SHIFT MANAGERS
Appointee will have responsibility for efficiently and effectively managing available resources (Man, Machine and Material) in the production of good quality pasta products.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • A B.Sc or HND in chemical engineering, food technology or related fields with a minimum of 5 year post qualification experience
  • A good team leader who must have managed at least 90 shift workers
  • A 'can do attitude' with hands-on approach
2. TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM) OFFICER
Appointee will be required to facilitate the implementation of the site TPM programme, deliver continuous training on TPM to all staff, lead/facilitate problem solving sessions with project/shop-floor teams and write a monthly TPM progress report.

QUALIFIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
A B.sc/HND in any engineering field with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a multinational company.
Appointee must have
  • good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • passion to share knowledge with others,
  • strong facilitation skills, and
  • strong problem solving skills.
