As the Chief construction process analyst, will take charge of process audit at building sites. Carry out value management, building process auditing, strategy process improvement, design and drive a project charter, carry out sequencing, draw work breakdown schedules,actively establish relationships between work activities and estimate resources needed and activity durations, carry out site risk management, procurement,work efficiency analysis.
1 requires 10 years direct experience in construction or project management plus a Univ degree in Civil Engg,Building , Archi or Project Mgt, be professionally registered, plus additional training in economics/ business or exposure to business analysis, value analysis or project economics.

The Quality Manager will be the Clerk ofWork, and take charge of the physical quality control on the building process,coordinate the allocation of resources at the construction sites and ensure perfect construction at every point.

The Technical Manager will carry outdocumentation of processes, building methods/techniques, company policy,training, equipment management, methods improvement programs, etc.

#2 and #3 require 8 years construction site experience with a degree in Civil Engg or Building, COREN registration preferred.

The Architect will design projects and supervise construction processes at project sites. Requires an Architecture degree and min of 6 years experience with mandatory international experience.
