IT NETWORK MANAGER:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Designs and/or implements network installations. This encompasses all aspects of network installation, including design, budget estimates, plans, inside/outside plant, post-install inspection, as-built drawings and test results.
2. Performs daily operations of managing network. This will include operation of networking components such as switches, routers, hubs, bridges, and transport media (wire, fiber optic cable, and/or wireless), as well as operation of configuration and management software tools.

3. Monitors network traffic, usage and performance making use of utilization and error statistics.

4. Maintains network stability by identifying trends, recommending and implementing corrective measures, and documenting action taken.

5. Serves as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies; assists in troubleshooting and resolution of network problems.

6. Analyzes and monitors network activity to ensure optimal network operation.

7. Controls network activity to ensure sound and secure operations.

8. Performs capacity planning with input from clients to ensure network services will keep pace with client needs.

9. Maintains schematics of existing and future network connectivity; maintains documentation for cable plant and the enterprise network.

10. Advises and trains clients regarding networking technology issues.

Qualifications:

· B.Sc or B.Tech (Second Class Upper) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Expert knowledge of various IT Software.

Database Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
· Support, integrity, performance tuning and security of our Production and Test databases.
· Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans
· Working with our software developers to develop and maintain code objects
· Developing existing database in line with business needs, including capacity planning
· Monitoring user access and maintaining security by controlling access permissions and privileges
· Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
· Performing data migrations
· Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
· General troubleshooting of database issues
· Assessing and managing applications in order to be sure they are fit for purpose
· Writing and maintaining database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary
· Working closely with IT project managers, database programmers and web developers

IT Developer

Successful candidates will likely have at least 5 years of experience in a professional capacity and a
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

ODDS AND DATA MODELLER

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop formulas and calculate probability for emerging business opportunities
· Interpret existing formulas and analyse opportunity to maximise return
· Calculate the exact criteria for setting a formula in line with risk the business is willing to take
· Create a program structure to support the business in the development of new events and opportunities.
· Prepare detailed company specific models used for decision making purposes

It is critical that the role holder will be able to:
· Communicate effectively at all levels
· Has an excellent understanding of Poisson and bi-variant Poisson formulas

Human Resources Manager:
· Providing and delivering strategic HR solutions and advice in line with the business needs and management requirements and providing support to define and prioritize all HR related activities within the organization.
· Managing the training process including planning, developing and implementing company training strategy to establish and maintain appropriate employee training and development.
· Ensuring optimal staffing levels and coordinating sourcing and placement strategy for all categories of new employees to meet and deliver business objectives.
· Ensuring that all skills requirements within the organization are met through on-going workforce planning and staff development programs.
· Preparing and updating job descriptions for all positions in conjunction with line managers.
· Conducting periodic surveys on salaries/wages and other fringe benefits to meet industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· A Bachelor’s degree and a Second Class honours (upper division), preferably in Social Sciences.
· Minimum of 5 years generalist HR role experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Working knowledge of the Nigerian labour laws.
· Membership of professional HR bodies (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
· The ideal candidate must have experience in setting up a Human Resources Dept.
Pharmacists:


  • Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
  • Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
  • Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.

  • Develops hospital staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs; training pharmacy staff, students, interns, externs, residents, and health care professionals.
  • Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management on needed actions.

Responsibilities:
· Create custom branded marketing presentations and promotions
.
· Create custom packaging and print designs.
· Assist in design strategies and campaigns.
· Responsibilities also include brochure design, print design, brand design, design of ongoing promos, marketing materials, banners, seasonal promotions, etc.
· Works with Managing Director and other department heads to design and implement effective campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of B.Sc. in any related field
· At least 2 years experience in graphic design
· Ability to understand brand marketing strategy to implement the same look and feel across various media
