Topic: total structuresd interview

which position did u apply for and when was it cos some peeps did the structured interviews late last year and are waiting to be called.

the interview is as follows:

u do a personality test, a personality interview, a line interview and a HR interview

@matrix007,tnx 4 ur feed back.since we didnt apply for any specific position,do u think that the line managers will be in the interview panel?is there any possibility of presentation?

well i was part of last year interview first line of interview is written test , then personal interview with adexen people and the managers, then third phase is with top managers and H.R then final test is health test. i wish you all the best.

@oluchye,tnx 4 ur response,pls were u asked the same format of normal interview ques(such as:tell me abt urself,why total,.strenght/weakness etc) by Adexen staff,managers,HR,Top managers?or were there questions pattern entirely different for all d intreviewers?

The exam is a form of presentation whereby you will market some products which they will give you. Then the second phase is another presentation whereby you are split into groups. Then the third phase is practically some questions from major managers abot total and other general questions. But the first stage of the exam is a written test to answer questions. Just calm down and enjoy the exams. No worries...........
