If you were among those that were not called for the TOTAL test,there is still hope.
Due to the fact that so many people were not called of which I am among them,I decided to ask a favour from a friend who worke there. I asked him to kindly make inquiries about how TOTAL is implementing the recruiting process.
After two days , he gave me feed back that they are trying to fill up the post of Chief Production Operator first. It is as a result of this they called more HND and a very few OND.
I was further hinted that TOTAL will still call even 3 Days to the day.
But I think its going to be OND and less HND this time around.

This is comforting. I've not been invited also but i'm actually preparing for the test. That's faith. I believe Total will still call us. Pls let people who're presently called come to testify so as to give us hope. Thank jide

It was even surprising that TOTAL/ELF sent out invitations two(2) weeks before the d-day, unlike before when they use to invite people three(3) or two(2) days before the tests.

Anyway, make una no lose hope..........

maybe i can answer one of the above questions. i was one of the victim of employement status 'DRAFT'. My mistake was that i only click on save not apply. Untill i went to edit my employment status and i clicked on apply. Am very sure, that is the mistake u did.
