@Okoji, I am just trying to identify a trend with those called now. to know wether its those with experience that are being called for now, maybe fresh grads will be called later. or wether those with mgt degree or engineering thats being called, or maybe by age etc. just to anticipate the next move. thanks for ur reply. is anyone more than 30yrs......?
