Job Description
We are a fast growing Telecommunications Company actively involved in different telecommunication related services and infrastructure. Over the years our company has earned a reputation of providing quality services to meet the requirements of major players and build environments in Africa. We are looking for a qualified person to fill this position.


Responsibilities:
24hrs site operations and maintenance management.
Management of site passive infrastructure.
Diesel management and tracking of diesel usages.
Manage day to day activities on base stations for passive infrastructure.
Respond to NOC call outs to attend to faults on site and other site related issues.
Receive and track diesel delivery on site and maintain on-site record as well as database management. Oversee and direct all maintenance activities related to site operations.
Coordinate, plan and supervise maintenance.
Documentation of all breakdown problems, providing solutions to minimize breakdowns.
Develop comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly report on maintenance management.
Develop and implement maintenance schedule
Support in all maintenance planning matters
Supervise routine maintenance activities on site and approve ensure quality of work as per Company standards.
Hands on experience in resolving passive infrastructure on site to keep power available on site.
Preventive maintenance of equipment.
Keep per site diesel consumption under control.
Handle area boys, community issues.
Site audits.

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum of 3years experience in fleet maintenance management.
Knowledge of maintenance management.
Candidate must be analytical and possess organizational skills.
Ability to communicate with others and to understand information, in a manner that is consistent with the essential job function.
Experience in Telecommunications Industry is an added advantage.
Has hand on experience in handling equipment.
Demonstrated skills of co-ordination with multiple vendors and stake holders.
Understanding of Telecommunications Business.
Demonstrate good knowledge of GSM related Power Network.
Demonstrate good knowledge of operations & maintenance of power system
