How can they assign a resident of lagos to portharcourt?

I just got an invitation for the test and i reside in lagos but the mail says my test will take palce in PH on 28th of may. Pls anyone with useful info on what to do coz i cant remember choosing PH as my preferred test center.

Plz @all I'd like to find out if there has been any case of someone not being allowed to sit for the test because he has a pass in o' level english language

yea......i got a mail too and its in ph ooooo! but i stay in lagos,how am i going to do it! well i never chose ph as my test center,anyway GOD dey..success guys!
