Position: Senior Officer, Programme - (One (1) year fixed term contract)

Location: Abuja

Job Profile:
This is the equivalent of a senior officer reporting to the Project Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate and lead the project on territorial level for the timely implementation and achievement of the project's deliverables and workplans which include; identify and build capacity of suitable persons for community level work on female condom, support the development of female condom IEC and promotional materials; monitor activities of partners and follow up on key project deliverables. In addition, S/He will ensure product distribution and lead advocacy at state level to enhance female
condom integration and visibility, maintain project database and document project activities. The successful candidate will also ensure female condom integration with other SFH projects and carry out any other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications/Experience: The desired candidate:

  • Must possess a first degree (BSc/HND) in Medical, Biological or Social Science or MBBS.
  • Possession of a Masters degree in Public Health or related field is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC working experience. Experience
  • working in a similar programme will be of added advantage.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power
  • point.
  • Must possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility
