Job Title Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Business Objective To support the projects and engineering department by providing robust and innovative mechanical design engineering


Core Working Relationships Project Managers, Managing Director, Workshop/Fabrication Supervisor, Welders.
Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
• Design, validate and develop the engineering of various mechanical and process structures, skids and modules.
• Supervise the construction of various mechanical and process structures, skids and modules.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and quality of deliverables.
• Take part in design conception and review.
• Study, review, Research and analyze customer requirements
• Generation of high quality design and layout drawings using 2-D and 3-D software tools.
• Carryout various mechanical, structural and process analysis and calculations.
• Preparation of bills of materials
• Preparation of technical proposals and tenders in response to client Requirements.
• Participate in technical procurements
Requirements


• A very good first degree from a reputable institution.
• 5years and above experience in similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of the use of AutoCAD 2-D &3-D
• Very good knowledge of the M.S. Office suite(especially word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive (ability to think and take initiative) and must have problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be dedicated and responsible

Job Title Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Entry Level)
Reports to Senior Mechanical Engineer
Business Objective To achieve proper and effective operations and maintenance of workshop equipment
Core Working Relationships Project Managers, Welding & Fabrication Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Welders, Engineers.
Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
• Operating and maintaining the company equipment and facilities.
• Assisting with AutoCAD designing and CNC programming.
• Responding to equipment breakdown.
• Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments
• Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures: complying with legal regulations.
• Ensuring all safety, environmental and site standards are strictly adhered to within the facility.
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
• Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
• Overhauling and replacing according to schedule.
• Keeping a maintenance record.
• Participating in technical procurement.
Requirements
• A good 1st degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of the use of AutoCAD 2-D &3-D
• Very good knowledge of the M.S Office suite (especially word, excel and PowerPoint)
