GENERAL MANAGER (Engr, Archi or Builder with Business Analysis/ Economics Experience)
 Will design and drive a project charter, carry out sequencing, draw work breakdown schedules, and take charge of process audit at building sites. Requires 15 years experience in construction or project mgt. Univ degree in Civil,Building , Archi or Proj Mgt, be professionally registered, plus mandatory additional training in economics/business or exposure to business analysis, value analysis or project economics

QUANTITY SURVEYORS
1 senior quantity surveyor with a QS degree and 8 years diverse experience in a construction environment. Must be professionally registered.
2 junior QS with 3-4 years experience also required

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1 senior project management expert with an Archi, Engineering or Building degree and 12 years construction project management experience. Must be professionally registered.
2 other project mgt officers with 4-7 years experience also required

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Will take charge of the physical quality control on the building process, coordinate the allocation of resources at the construction sites and ensure perfect construction at every point. Degree in Civil Eng. or Building plus 8 years experience in construction and/or project mgt, be professional registered

ARCHITECTS
Fully fledged Architects required, to design projects and supervise constructionprocesses at project sites. Architecture degree, professionally registered and min of 7 years experience with mandatory international experience
