Quality Control Manager/Process Auditor (CoW) - Construction
A well experienced building/construction engineer is required for a construction company in Lekki to primarily serve as the Clerk of Works and take charge of process audit at its building sites. This position will, at a senior level,carry out value and quality management, building process auditing, strategyprocess improvement, design and drive a project charter, carry out sequencing, draw work breakdown schedules, actively establish relationships between work activities and estimate resources needed and activity durations, carry out site risk management, procurement, change control tests and change impact analysis. The positions will also carry out work efficiencyanalysis and raise alarm bell for inefficiencies and obsolescence.

This is a senior role requiring a minimum of 8 years direct experience in construction, engineering, value management or project management including a clear Clerk of Works experience. Demonstrated experience in cost economics/analysis, project planning and analysis, construction process analysis and audit, project economics, planning and forecasting is required.

Universitydegree in Civil Engineering, Building or Architecture plus additional training in economics/business or exposure to business analysis, value analysis or project economics required.
