Sales Secretary/Admin Officer
A well reputable Oil servicing company requires the services of a Sales secretary/Admin officer with at least two years experience in sales administration

Minimum Requirement

· BSc/HND in Business Management Or any related discipline
· Proven track record in sales and customer service environment.
· Proven ability and experience of dealing with sales executives without supervision
· Excellent business communication and interpersonal Skill.
· Versatile in the use of computer packages – MS Packages, Corel Draw


Job description
· Assisting the sales/Marketing Department with all functions.
· Handling of customer queries when necessary.
· Arrangement for sales functions and launches when required.
· Updating Business profile and profile details for each contact person.
· Updating of all business partner contact persons and information into the database.
· Compiling the Monthly report on sales activity.
· Minute taking in sales meetings.
· Quotation/Invoice preparation for all Sales Executive.
· Proper filing of all sales documents.

Preferred Age Range: 24 -30 Years
