Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:



  • Building and maintaining effective client relationship
  • Assist in the development, review, and timely reporting on the company’s marketing strategy
  • Assist in customer Relationship Management.
  • Source and respond to request for proposals.
  • Meet target
  • Generate sales lead and close sales.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • At least a degree from a recognized University with 3-5 years post NYSC experience.
  • 3 Years proof of relevant Business Development and sales experience.
  • Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
  • A self starter, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Good project and time management skills with excellent Business development and sales attributes.
  • Applicants’ age must be between 22-35.
  • Must be resident in yaba or immediate environs.
