BUT, it seems the website has issues.
I am unable to sign in with my username and password.
Tried to recover my password, but I couldn't, and
I cannot signup as a new user. The site keeps saying my username has been taken even after using 4 different emails of mine.
its saying i cant apply with my user type n i was able 2 access my acct wt dm. Pls help, wat shud i do 2 b able 2 apply

@ofiladee: re-register with a different email as GMP. Then u'd be able to apply.

I believe there should be an option to type your institution name when you select "others".

click new user 2 sign up and fil ur email, paswod, security quest n answa. If it say its used den try sign in. U might hv reg wit it b4. Hp ht helps

Hi everyone. Let me start with this, if you get issues like ur user type just go to update resume and edit user profile which you need to choose GEP2012 rather than maybe GEP2011 that could be there if you applied last year. Note that pages refresh 3-5mins so I suggest you type somewhere to just copy and .Quote:

I think i agree wt u SYNC,they delibrately refused to fix the problem on the web site to limit the number of applicants.Wat a dumb thing to do,why not just say no more applications or applicants database is filled please.
